What is the whole matter?

On May 8, the mother of a 17-year-old minor girl had filed a case against Sai Bhagirath under the Indian Judicial Code and POCSO Act. The woman alleged that the Union Minister’s son was in a relationship with her daughter. She was also sexually assaulted twice in a farm house. Later, prisoner Bhagiratha also filed a complaint. Alleged that the girl’s parents pressurized her for marriage. When he refused, he demanded money and threatened to implicate him in a false case.

Bhagirath claims that due to fear he had also given an amount of Rs 50 thousand. But later the family started demanding Rs 5 crore. It was also threatened that if the amount was not given then the minor would commit suicide. In his complaint, the Union Minister’s son admitted to being acquainted with the girl and said that the girl was also invited to family functions. Also visited some pilgrimage places.

Bhagiratha did not get relief from the High Court

On the other hand, to avoid arrest, prisoner Bhagiratha took refuge in Telangana High Court. But he did not get any interim relief from the High Court. While hearing the interim anticipatory bail petition, the High Court said that it is not in favor of giving any interim order at this stage. Meanwhile, Cyberabad Police had issued a look-out circular against the captive Bhagirath, so that he could not escape abroad. However, Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar says that I had asked my son to appear before the police and join the investigation.
