Rhea Ahir has been in the news for quite some time. Now, she’s set to be a part of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s reality show, Bigg Boss. Speaking to NDTV, Rhea spoke openly about her involvement in Bigg Boss and entering politics. Let’s find out more.
What did Riya Ahir say when she came in front of the van?
When model and actress Riya Ahir was asked, “Weren’t you scared when you stood in front of the van?” Responding to this question, Riya said, “Everyone feels scared. But I would like to say that this was an impulsive decision of mine. I had been doing research since the July 20th violence in Delhi.” She said, “I checked my chat. GPT and got information from Google. That’s when I realized how many sections had been violated. And there are so many sections that haven’t been followed properly.”
Rhea had sent an email to the Supreme Court and the High Court
Rhea also revealed that she had sent numerous emails to the UN, the Human Rights Commission, the Supreme Court, and the High Court on July 20th. Even after this, she was unsure of what to do. She was present there on the 21st. When she stopped the van carrying the children, the children inside were shouting slogans like “Inquilab Zindabad” and “Azadi, Azadi.” They were also laughing. She said that these children were holding a book written by Baba Saheb Ambedkar and the tricolor.
Riya Ahir will enter politics
Speaking to NDTV, Rhea said, “When I asked the police if they had the memo, they replied no. After that, I knew I had the Constitution on my side and I wouldn’t let this happen in front of my eyes. I had to stop it at any cost.” Rhea also said that no female constables were present at the time. “I then jumped in front of the van and saved all the children from being detained.” Speaking about her political interests, Rhea said that she has been telling her friends for the past two years that she wants to enter politics and do something for the country. This clearly indicates that Rhea may enter politics in the future.
