It is considered Xiaomi’s most advanced indoor security camera to date. It features a dual camera system, AI-based monitoring, 4K video recording, and a high-performance chip. This camera can not only provide home security but also record special everyday moments.
Xiaomi Smart Camera 4 Max AI Zoom Edition Price
Xiaomi has launched this smart camera in China at a starting price of 799 yuan (approximately Rs. 12,300). This price is currently part of a crowdfunding campaign. The camera comes in a silver-grey finish. It also comes with a fabric cover and an upgraded speaker system.
Dual camera setup and 4K recording
Two camera sensors are provided in this security camera.

- 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera
Both cameras have an f/1.6 aperture and a 6P lens. The cameras support 4K video recording. They also offer features like 3x lossless zoom, 12x hybrid zoom, autofocus, and full-color night vision.

Xiaomi has also included a dedicated photography mode in this camera, allowing users to not only monitor their home but also capture photos and videos of special everyday family moments.
360-degree rotating camera
The camera features a dual-motor gimbal. It can move 360 degrees horizontally and 180 degrees vertically. The camera can also detect and rapidly track a person or object.
Children and the elderly will be monitored by AI
The camera’s biggest highlight is its AI Care Large Language Model, a feature Xiaomi has first introduced in its security camera.
This AI system can recognize a variety of activities, such as:
- Is the child studying or not?
- someone is sleeping
- No activity for a long time
- Other common indoor activities
The camera also allows for textual search of videos, allowing users to search for an event using words.
