Yash’s ‘Toxic’ pushed again; Varun Dhawan starrer shifts back to June 5
The industry and trade and fans received a surprise announcement about the film Toxic which was highly anticipated to release on March 19 because of Middle Eastern conflicts. The release date moved to June 4.
The film I am young so there is love planned to release on June 5 but the makers of Toxic changed their release schedule which caused them to move their film release to June 12.
The first report about I am young so there is love makers who wanted to set their release date on May 22 came from Bollywood Hungama two weeks later. The makers of Toxic announced last week that they planned to delay the release date again.
Release of Toxic received an indefinite delay. The filmmakers of I am young so there is love withdrew their June 5 date less than one hour after the unexpected announcement.

In an interview with Bombay Times on April 30 I am young so there is love producer Ramesh Taurani explained the reason for the date changes. He shared that Yash and Varun Dhawan the main actor of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai share a deep friendship.
Ramesh Taurani said, “Yash and Varun are good friends. They got closer when Yash first announced that they had delayed their release to June 4. Their original release date was clashing with Dhurandhar The Revenge. Toxic’s revised release date was slated a day before our film so at that point we decided to release our film on June 12.”
He continued, “Yash had told Varun that if there’s any further change he will let him know. As soon as they decided to push it further he informed Varun and we decided to go back to our original release date June 5. We had chosen this date eight months ago so we are glad we got it back.”
The movie Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai which David Dhawan directed features Mrunal Thakur, Maniesh Paul, Chunky Pandey, Jimmy Shergill, Mouni Roy and Rakesh Bedi among its cast members.
