The only solution to Pakistan's terrorist attacks is to give a befitting reply!

Congress MP Manish Tewari on Sunday said that it is just a 'fantasy' to think that Pakistan will send a terrorist to India for trial. Legal processes will continue, but a befitting reply should be given to those sending terrorists to India.

Manish Tiwari said that after the 26/11 terrorist attack, Pakistan itself admitted that its citizens were involved in this terrorist attack, yet no action was taken against the culprits. There was a terrorist attack in Pahalgam. In this attack, people were identified on the basis of religion and killed in front of their families. After that, between 7 and 10 May, India retaliated and attacked terrorist camps in Pakistan. Its main objective was to destroy the terrorist networks and terrorist organizations there. But the way to respond to a terrorist attack is to give a befitting reply. The rest of the legal process will continue. India is preparing to call the mastermind of Pahalgam terror attack and terrorist Hafiz Saeed present in Pakistan through diplomatic channels.

Manish Tiwari further said, “The action that was started in Pakistan after Pakistan accepted the involvement of its citizens in the 26/11 terror attack, has not reached any result. Therefore, to expect that Pakistan will send any terrorist to India or take legal action against him is just a fantasy. The fact is that there is only one way to deal with terrorism. All the powerful countries of the world adopt this method.”

Meanwhile, on April 22, 2025, 26 innocent people were shot dead in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The National Investigation Agency had filed the first chargesheet in this case in December 2025.
