Pradeep Bhandari said, “The accused says that the case has to be closed. The middleman then says that everything has been discussed with the CM and he cannot step back, because the amount has to be divided among many people.”
He raised three serious questions in this matter. Are the CM and his wife running a syndicate taking money to end rape cases? Has CM's office become a syndicate of corruption? Is this not an isolated case, but part of a larger syndicate?
Pradeep Bhandari said, “Today Kejriwal will have to answer that the extent of corruption has gone to such an extent that now Kejriwal and Mann government are not sparing even rape victims. Are they running the same kind of syndicate in Punjab as they did in Delhi?”
Pradeep Bhandari also cornered Hemant Soren government and Rahul Gandhi on the issue of students' protest in Jharkhand.
He said, “Students protested in Jharkhand and the entire country supported them, but now as the investigation is progressing, it is coming to light that the company TDPL, which was given the responsibility of conducting the examination by the Jharkhand government, was a blacklisted company and has not even issued the tender yet.”
Pradeep Bhandari alleged that TTPL further gave the agreement to a third unnamed company, Peaker Technology, but no paper of this agreement exists and the entire transaction was done in cash.
He said, “The director of Pekar Technology has confessed before the CID that there was no copy of the tender given to us and the entire transaction was done in cash. This proves how Rahul Gandhi and Hemant Soren do justice to the students.”
BJP spokesperson said that the facts emerging in the investigation raise serious questions as to how the future of students in Jharkhand is being played with.
