‘Line Day’ was organized at the Reserve Center of the district on Friday, in which Superintendent of Police undefeated lohan Listened seriously to the problems of police officials and personnel.
During the program, policemen associated with different branches put forward their problems and requirements in detail. Giving individual attention to each application, the SP directed the concerned officers to dispose of the cases expeditiously.
He said that timely resolution of problems is extremely important to maintain discipline and efficiency in the police force. During this, many administrative issues like salary, leave, accommodation and duty related difficulties came to light, on which the SP assured positive action.
SP Aparajit Lohan directed the concerned branch in-charges to ensure resolution of these problems on priority basis, so that the policemen can get a better working environment.
He also advised the policemen to be alert towards their duties, adopt sensitive behavior with the general public and maintain high morale for better work performance.
Describing ‘Line Day’ as an effective platform, the Superintendent of Police said that it not only solves the problems but also strengthens departmental coordination, which makes the police system more strong.
