AI-Native CRM Startup Superleap Bags ₹36 Cr Led By Peak XV's Surge

Enterprise tech startup Superleap has raised ₹36 Cr in a pre-Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners’ Surge

The funding comes as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-native CRM platforms to replace legacy systems with AI-powered automation

Superleap will use the fresh capital to expand its enterprise go-to-market efforts, strengthen its platform, and accelerate AI-native CRM adoption in India

Enterprise tech startup Superleap has raised ₹36 Cr (around $4.2 Mn) in its pre-Series A funding round led by Peak XV Partners’ Surge.

The Bengaluru-based startup said it will use the fresh capital to expand its enterprise go-to-market efforts, accelerate adoption of AI-native customer relationship management (CRM) platforms in India, and strengthen its product and platform capabilities.

Founded in 2024 by former Unacademy executives Subham Kumar Boundia, Alok Maurya, and Saurabh Maheshwari, Superleap is building an AI-native CRM platform for enterprise revenue teams.

Positioning itself as an alternative to legacy CRM platforms, the startup claims it can reduce deployment timelines from months to weeks while enabling enterprises to migrate without disrupting business operations.

Its platform comprises SuperOS, a unified data layer powering enterprise intelligence, and SuperAgents, an agentic layer that automates tasks across the revenue cycle. The platform also includes AI voice bots, conversational intelligence, Superleap AI, and MCP integrations with tools such as WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Claude, and ChatGPT.

Its Superleap Deploy is designed to help enterprises migrate from legacy CRM systems through its forward-deployed engineering model.

The startup claims to have grown 10X over the past year and built a customer base spanning BFSI, SaaS, education, healthcare, travel and hospitality, and media. Its customers include Razorpay, Aakash Education, MediBuddy, HCL GUVI, Cars24, PagarBook, Plum, Qube Cinema, and Superhealth.

Highlighting customer deployments, Superleap said Razorpay migrated more than 10 Mn records to its platform within 45 days without business disruption. It added that Aakash Education transitioned nearly 5,000 counsellors across 400 locations in under 60 days.

The funding comes amid growing enterprise demand for AI-native software that goes beyond traditional record-keeping to automate workflows and improve revenue generation. SaaS startups across CRM, sales automation, ERP, billing, and human resource management are increasingly pitching AI-first alternatives to legacy enterprise software.

For instance, AI-powered SaaS startup Kris@Work raised $3 Mn in its seed round earlier this yea to offer an agentic AI-based, end-to-end platform for go-to-market (GTM) teams, including sales, marketing, revenue, and growth, to eliminate the need for multiple SaaS tools.

The surge in enterprise AI also reflects a broader funding boom across India’s AI ecosystem. According to Inc42’s ‘Indian Tech Startup Funding Report, H1 2026’, Indian AI startups raised $676 Mn during the first six months of 2026, up 4X YoY.
