He said that western countries are afraid to compete. Wrong sanctions have been imposed on Russia. Despite these sanctions, Russia has moved forward. Addressing the leaders' session of the BRICS Business Forum in Delhi, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in the last five years, more than 40 percent of the world's GDP has come from the BRICS countries, while the share of the so-called G7 countries has been only 29 percent.

Putin said that if we talk about the growth of the global economy during the same period, BRICS countries have contributed more than half of it, while the contribution of G7 has been only 18 percent. Why is it like this? The answer is simple. BRICS countries represent more than half of the world's population and that is why there is great dynamism and vibrancy in their domestic markets.
