CM Yogi expressed confidence that UP government will provide financial assistance in the treatment of serious diseases.

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath listened to the problems of the people in the Janata Darshan program organized in Gorakhpur on Thursday and assured that the government stands with every needy. He said that the treatment of any patient will not be stopped due to lack of money. Along with this, he instructed the officials that people’s complaints should be resolved as soon as possible, in a transparent and sensitive manner.

Met about 200 people

The Chief Minister met about 200 people in the public darshan organized outside Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan located in the Gorakhnath temple complex. He heard everyone’s complaints and instructed the concerned officials to take immediate action. Yogi clearly said that any kind of negligence in solving public problems will not be tolerated.

There should be a solution to every complaint

The Chief Minister told the officials that every needy person should be treated sensitively. Especially the matters related to revenue and police should be resolved on time. At the same time, in family disputes, efforts should first be made to find a solution through mutual talks and legal action should be taken only when necessary. He said that the solution to every complaint should be such that people are satisfied.

Government ready to bear the cost of treatment

Many people also came to Janata Darshan to ask for financial help for the treatment of serious diseases. On this the Chief Minister assured that the government is ready to bear the cost of treatment. He instructed the officials to quickly assess such cases and send them to the government, so that financial assistance can be provided without delay. Along with this, he also stressed on getting Ayushman cards made for all the eligible people, so that they do not have to face financial problems during treatment in future.

In a program after Janata Darshan, Chief Minister Yogi also targeted the opposition. Without taking the name of Samajwadi Party, he said that those who once opposed the construction of Ram Temple are today talking about faith. He said that before 2017, there were often riots and unrest during festivals in the state, whereas now law and order has improved and people are celebrating their religious festivals in a peaceful environment.

During this, the Chief Minister also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 14 development projects costing more than Rs 995 crore in Gorakhpur. He said that along with development works, the state government is giving priority to solving public problems and better law and order.
