Delhi Lakshmi Yojana First Installment Date: The wait for the first installment of Delhi Lakshmi Yojana is about to end. CM Rekha Gupta has announced the date of getting Rs 2500 in the accounts of women. Under Delhi Government's ambitious Delhi Lakshmi Yojana, Rs 2500 will start coming into the accounts of eligible women from September 1. Before that, Rekha Gupta government of Delhi will organize a special program at Talkatora Stadium on August 27 (a day before Raksha Bandhan) and hand over official letters to the eligible women. After this, eligible women will start getting the benefits of the scheme regularly.
Let us tell you that in just 18 days of the launch of Delhi Lakshmi Yojana, about eight lakh women have registered on the portal. Of these, more than five lakh applications have been submitted at the final stage. Now women are waiting for the first installment of the scheme.
Chief Minister Rekha Gupta in Delhi Secretariat on Tuesday Lakshmi Yojana Had a review meeting. Apart from Chief Secretary Rajav Verma, Chairman and officials of District Level Sanctioning, Monitoring and Grievance Redressal Committees (DLSMGRC) were present in the meeting. While reviewing the progress of implementation of the scheme, the CM praised the work done by the committees in a short time. The Chief Minister said that the role of district level committees is very important in the success of the scheme. He directed that each application should be seriously examined and monitored, so that eligible women can get the benefits of the scheme without any delay.
Recently, CM Rekha Gupta made a big announcement regarding the first installment of Delhi Lakshmi Yojana and said that eligible women will start receiving official pension letters from August 26 and depositing money in their bank accounts will start from September 1. CM Rekha Gupta wrote on X- Gratitude to all the mothers, sisters and daughters who registered in Delhi Lakshmi Yojana. Nearly 8 lakh registrations in just 18 days is not a normal figure. Behind this is the trust of millions of women of Delhi, their affection and a feeling of new hope in their lives. The trust you have placed in us is not just support for me, it is a huge responsibility. Now the time of waiting is about to end. Handing over of official approval letters of Delhi Lakshmi Yojana to eligible women will begin from Talkatora Stadium on 26th August.

- Along with Voter ID, Aadhar Card is also necessary
- Woman's passport size photo and signature required
- Proof of 10 years residence in Delhi
- Date of birth or age certificate

- The woman applying should be a permanent resident of Delhi
- The woman must have been living in Delhi for at least 10 years
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
- The annual income of the family should not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh
