Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has once again launched a scathing attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Giving a big statement on Saturday (29 August), he said that at present there is a direct fight going on in the country between two different ideologies. During this, Rahul Gandhi, while mentioning an incident related to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, strongly demanded justice. He said that when our President Mallikarjun Kharge ji goes to Haldwani, he is purified there and all this is done by the people of BJP and RSS together.
'Purification is a serious crime' Expressing strong objection to this incident, Rahul Gandhi said that purifying a person is a crime and a criminal offence. He reminded that this purification took place on 10th August and on 13th August, Kharge ji himself had said in the Parliament House that he had been deeply insulted. Rahul raised the question that even after so much time has passed, why no action has been taken in this matter? Our clear demand is that FIR should be registered against those who have committed this act as soon as possible. He said that this entire action is a direct violation of the SC/ST Act, yet no action was taken.
Demand to register FIR from PM Modi Attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Congress leader said that the Prime Minister of the country claims that he belongs to every caste and is the Prime Minister of the whole of India. But despite this, the head of his own party says that this incident of purification was right. We want the Prime Minister to take immediate action and give instructions to register an FIR against these people under the SC/ST Act. Rahul stressed that it is the constitutional responsibility of both the state government and the central government to ensure that Kharge ji gets justice in Uttarakhand.
This is the issue of every Dalit in India Rahul Gandhi said that this is not just an issue of respect for Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, but it is an issue related to the self-respect of every Dalit person across India. Expressing concern, he said that if such a big national president of the country can be treated in such a discriminatory manner openly and without any hesitation, then just imagine what would be happening to a Dalit child in the common schools of the country? This is not acceptable at any cost. Our fight is against this thinking and ideology of BJP and RSS, which promotes discrimination and inequality in the society.
There is a fight between two ideologies in the country Talking about the current environment of the country, Rahul Gandhi said that today two ideologies are standing face to face in India. On one hand Dr. B.R. On the one hand there is the ideology of Ambedkar, Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Patel, on the other hand there is the ideology of RSS and BJP. Dalits have been subjected to injustice for thousands of years and sadly, even today Dalit children are made to sweep schools and clean toilets. The condition is such that when a Dalit groom rides a mare in a wedding, he has to wear a helmet so that no one throws stones at him. In the end, Rahul said that in today's era, the more successful a person from Dalit community is, the more he is attacked.
