Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing the countrymen for the 13th time from the ramparts of the Red Fort, mentioned point by point the progress made in the country under his government. PM Modi said that today India is making its place in the world of sports. The national anthem of India is heard on every podium in the world today. The Target Olympic Podium Scheme (Ramparts of the Red Fort) has given a great boost to this. There is a lot of space for the youth in Khelo India Games, coaching for sports, sports medicine etc. We are emerging as a strong contender for the Olympics in 2036. India is going to organize the Commonwealth Games in 2030.

He said that there are 40 sports related to this in the Olympics and 350 events. We are not present in two-thirds of these games in India. We are not able to attain merit in them. But I challenge you. We will go ahead with the events in which India does not qualify. A village-to-village and school-school talent search campaign will be conducted to find talent among children aged 5 to 15 years. After this, programs will be run to find these talents and train them.
25 lakh electric vehicles sold in 2025-26
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that earlier only bioeconomy work worth Rs 60 thousand crores was done in the country. It has reached Rs 20 lakh crore after 2014. There was a period of 2009-10, when only 1.5 lakh electric vehicles were sold in the country. 25 lakh electric vehicles have been sold in 2025-26. The aviation sector has also grown rapidly for the youth. Due to maintenance overhauling, skilled manpower is being promoted in the country. Made-in-India Aircraft has also got a boost. The first C295 made in the country has taken flight.
