Gujarat Ayurved University BAMS Paper Leak: Jairam Ramesh, said – Under BJP rule, Gujarat has become the center of all paper leaks in India.
New Delhi. The process of leaking of exam papers in the country is not showing any signs of stopping. After NEET UG, now a big issue has come to light in Gujarat also. There has been an allegation of BAMS exam paper leak in the famous Gujarat Ayurved University located in Jamnagar. There is huge anger among the students due to this incident. Now on this issue, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh has made a direct attack on the Central Government and BJP.

He said that this is not an isolated incident. Between 2014 and 2024, 34 papers have been leaked in Gujarat. GPSC Chief Officer Paper in 2014, Talati Paper in 2015 and 2016, TAT-Teacher Paper, Main Sevika Paper, Naib Chitnis Paper and Lok Rakshak Dal Paper in 2018, Non-Secretariat Clerk Exam in 2019, Head Clerk, DGVCL Electrical Assistant and Sub-Auditor Exams in 2021, Forest in 2022 Guard Exam and Junior Clerk Exam in 2023. All these papers were leaked.
Another day another paper leak – this time in the Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar.

Ramesh also said that the famous leak of UP Police Recruitment Examination in 2024 was also done from Ahmedabad itself. Under BJP rule, Gujarat has become the center of all paper leaks in India. The fast-track courts of the Modi government are not the solution to the problems associated with this system. This is a way to divert attention. We need a big and honest conversation on how to reform our testing and education system.

Now on this issue, Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh has made a direct attack on the Central Government and BJP. Sanjay Singh fiercely cornered the government by holding a press conference. He said that papers are being leaked continuously across the country. There is collusion between Bharatiya Janata Party and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this. Sanjay Singh alleged that wherever there are BJP governments, paper leaks have become common. He claimed that the companies involved in the scam were connected to power. These companies are close to PM Modi and BJP Chief Ministers. For this reason no strict action is taken against the mafias who leak papers.

Sanjay Singh told that BAMS examinations are going on in Gujarat Ayurved University. Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). AAP MP Sanjay Singh alleged that on July 20, there was a paper on ‘Surgical Mechanism-1’ subject of BAMS third year. It is alleged that its questions went viral on WhatsApp just before the exam. A total of 12 questions were asked in the examination. Of these, 11 questions were the same which had already been shared on WhatsApp. Sanjay Singh expressed fear that these examinations will continue till August 2. It cannot be said how many more papers will be leaked till then.
What does the university administration say?
As the controversy escalated, there was panic in the university administration. Incharge Examination Director HP Jhala gave a statement on this. He said that the examination was completed peacefully on the morning of July 20, but in the evening information was received on mobile that the question had gone viral. After this, talks were held with the Vice Chancellor. A special investigation committee has been immediately formed to investigate the matter. The university said that the paper leak has not been officially confirmed yet. The final decision will be taken only after the investigation report comes. If anyone is found guilty, strict action will be taken against him. At present, the remaining examinations of 20 to 25 colleges have not been cancelled. They will be there at their scheduled time only.

It was claimed that 11 out of 12 questions that went viral were asked in the examination. After this case, the university formed a special investigation committee. AAP MP Sanjay Singh made serious allegations against BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding this incident. However, the university has not officially confirmed the paper leak and the investigation is ongoing.
