Washington. US President Donald Trump's popularity has reached a record low amid the long conflict with Iran. This has come to light in the latest survey of Reuters Ipsos. People's support for American military action against Iran has also decreased.
According to the survey, only 31 percent of Americans support military action against Iran. In March this figure was 37 percent. At the beginning of this month it was 34 percent. That is, the number of people supporting the war has decreased with time.

83 percent of the people surveyed said that the conflict with Iran could last for a long time. At the beginning of the month this figure was 80 percent. This war between America and Iran has been going on for six months now.
US President Donald Trump had talked about controlling inflation in the 2024 presidential election. He also promised to avoid protracted military conflicts. But now the war with Iran continues. According to Reuters report, the price of petrol in America has increased by more than one dollar per gallon compared to before the war started.
Meanwhile, America has taken new action against some people and institutions associated with Iran. The US alleges that these are linked to arms purchases, cyber intrusions into US energy, defense and health infrastructure and illegal oil shipments that fund terrorism in the Middle East. US State Department Deputy Chief Spokesman Tommy Pigott appealed to other countries of the world to support America in holding them accountable.
