Mahindra Scorpio N facelift launched: Domestic automobile giant Mahindra & Mahindra has introduced a new facelift version of its highly popular SUV, the Scorpio N, in the Indian market. The new SUV is priced starting at ₹13.69 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top variant goes up to ₹25.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
The company hasn’t made any major changes to the vehicle’s powerful and muscular looks or engine lineup, but this update significantly enhances its technology and comfort. Since its launch in 2022, the Scorpio N has been a huge hit in the market, with over 3.8 lakh buyers to date. With these new features, Mahindra is set to further strengthen its hold in the SUV segment.
Available in a variety of variants and seating options
, this new SUV is available to customers in several variants, including the Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8S, Z8T, and Z8L. Opting for the most premium variant, the Z8L, offers a choice of either 6- or 7-seaters. Units of the facelifted model have already begun arriving at dealerships across the country, and customer deliveries will begin very soon.
Minor changes to the exterior
The exterior of the car remains as rugged and powerful as ever. However, Mahindra has added new 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels to the higher variants, giving it a sharper style. The lower variants, on the other hand, retain the same wheels.
The biggest change in this liftback is its 540-degree surround view system, combined with a blind view monitor. These features make parking and off-roading much safer and stress-free.
Major tech upgrades in the cabin
The changes are clearly visible the moment you step inside the car. The new 12.29-inch floating HD touchscreen immediately catches your attention, placed right above the six physical shortcut buttons so you don’t have to fiddle with menus on the go.
Additionally, the instrument cluster is now fully digital, measuring a crisp and impressive 10.24 inches, making the interior experience feel quite premium.
Level 2 ADAS and New Functional Features
Mahindra has added some useful new features to this liftlift, such as a 65W USB Type-C fast charger, a panoramic sunroof, and a special “Adventure Statistics” display. This display tracks engine information, G-forces, altitude, and various off-road details. The overall layout of the dashboard remains the same, but the upgraded displays have completely changed the vibe of the cabin.
Additionally, top variants continue to offer premium features, including a Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), a powerful 12-speaker Sony audio system, ventilated front seats, an electronic parking brake, leather upholstery, a power-adjustable driver seat, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. However, the ADAS benefits are still limited to the Z8L variant.
No changes to petrol and engine options
The company has made no changes to the engine front. You get the same 2.0-liter mStallion turbo-petrol or 2.2-liter mHawk turbo-diesel engines as before. Both engine options are paired with a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox.
The company continues to offer both two-wheel drive (2WD) and four-wheel drive (4WD) options. However, the 4WD option is still limited to the diesel-powered Z8T and Z8L variants, whether you choose the manual or automatic.
With better technology, a bigger screen and attractive upgrades, the new Scorpio N Fifty is all set to win more hearts in India’s crowded SUV market.
