Deepak Mahaske, national president of Roop Kumari Mahila Morcha, gets command of social media.
Raipur/Read. The long awaited new team of Bharatiya Janata Party President Nitin Nabin has been announced today. Chhattisgarh has also been represented in the team, in which Mahasamund MP Roop Kumari Choudhary has been appointed the national president of Mahila Morcha, while Deepak Mahaske has been made the national coordinator of social media (Nitin Nabin new team announced). Roopkumari Choudhary is a Bharatiya Janata Party MP elected from Mahasamund Lok Sabha seat of Chhattisgarh. Coming from the Agharia community, Roop Kumari has a strong identity of grassroots politics. Before this, she had been MLA from Basna assembly seat and has been playing an active role in the organization for a long time.
Beginning of political journey
The political journey of Roopkumari Choudhary, resident of Village Harratar, Post Saraipali, District Mahasamund, started in 2005 with her election as District Panchayat member from Saraipali Assembly Constituency. Roopkumari Chaudhary became MLA for the first time by defeating Congress MLA Devendra Bahadur Singh in the 2013 assembly elections.
Image of aggressive political speaker
As state spokesperson, Mahaske presented BJP's side against the Congress government on many political issues (Nitin Nabin new team announced). In February 2023, he made a scathing attack on the Congress government regarding construction regularization and alleged corruption in urban bodies. During this period, his role was mainly that of a spokesperson who effectively put forward the political narrative of the BJP through the media.
