Popular television actor Parth Samthaan, who is currently basking in the success of Seher Hone Ko Hai, recently purchased a plush apartment in his hometown, Pune.
On Monday, Parth took to Instagram and shared photos and videos from his griha pravesh ceremony, which he attended with his mother. While explaining his decision to buy a home, the actor spoke about reaching a stage in life when people have to make major decisions about marriage, buying a house and taking on responsibilities.
In a recent interview with Telly Masala, Parth opened up about his decision to invest in a home in Pune. He said, “What happens is that your parents' home is there but it is not yours. And you are coming to the edge of life where you have to take bad decisions like marriage, home, responsibility (It's your parents' home, but it doesn't really feel like it's yours. And you reach a stage in life where you have to make some big decisions about marriage, a home and responsibilities).
The actor further explained, “Yes, he had reached that stage where I felt that I needed to buy a house for my future as well.”
Parth also revealed that he has purchased another house in Mumbai and will get possession of it next month. He credited his mother for encouraging him to make the investment, saying, “Surprisingly ye unhi ka decision tha. Unhone hi mujhe push kiya (Surprisingly, it was her decision. She was the one who pushed me).”
However, Parth’s mention of marriage while discussing the major decisions he feels are important at this stage of his life quickly caught fans’ attention. Since the actor did not make any announcement about his wedding plans, his comments have only fuelled speculation.
As soon as Parth spoke about settling down in life, fans began speculating that he could be planning to get married soon.
One fan wrote on X, “My intuition saying Parth is getting married SOON.” Another commented, “Yeh pakka jald hi shaadi karega.” Some fans even speculated about a possible wedding in 2026, with one writing, “U telling me #ParthSamthaan is getting married in 2026,” while another agreed, “I feel too.”
Meanwhile, one fan joked, “I feel like he’s already married. He just has that settled, married-man vibe.”
