Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly preparing to return to UK with their children, Archie and Lilibet.
This marks their biggest family move since leaving royal life in 2020.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to move to the UK this month, with their children set to begin school there in September.
The couple will reportedly retain their Montecito home and Portugal property while establishing a private residence in UK.
This will be their first property in UK since 2023 when King Charles asked them to vacate Frogmore Cottage.
Charles was informed of the couple’s plans on Sunday, August 16, and is said to welcome the opportunity to spend more time with his grandchildren privately.
However, it has been reported that the couple’s status as private, non-working royals will remain unchanged.
The news came shortly after the couple visited UK and met king and quene privately with their children in July.
The couple are also expected to remain financially independent and will not receive taxpayer funding.
