Didn’t have comfort like electricity and water in childhood, struggled for studies

Sharan Kamble’s childhood was spent in Solapur amidst very limited resources. The financial condition of the family was such that not much was available in the name of facilities. Sharan, who lived in a mud house, had to face many problems to continue his studies.

To reach school, sometimes he had to walk long distances and sometimes he had to travel by bus in difficult conditions. Instead of weakening them, these circumstances gradually strengthened them.

Father used to work as a laborer, son took care of the house by selling vegetables with mother.

The financial condition of the house was not better. Sharan’s father used to do gutter digging and other labor work. The family’s income was limited, so his mother started bringing vegetables from the fields and selling them.

Along with studies, Sharan also helped his mother. He would help them in selling vegetables and study when he got time. Despite taking up responsibilities at a young age, the dream of doing something big through education remained in his mind.

Completed B.Tech studies with the help of scholarship, became class topper (Success Story)

Financial problems definitely came in the way of Sharan’s studies, but he did not let it come in the way of his goal. On the basis of hard work, he got scholarship and with the help of this he completed his BTech studies.

In college he saw many students who had better facilities and resources. But Sharan did not consider himself less than them. He believed in his hard work and performed brilliantly in studies and secured a place among the top students of the class.

Got a job package of Rs 20 lakh, but Sharan chose the path of serving the country.

After BTech, a big opportunity came in front of Sharan. He got a job offer with a package of around Rs 20 lakh. Considering the economic situation, this was a big opportunity for them.

However, he had a dream of government service and working for the country. He decided to prepare for UPSC instead of a well-paid job. This decision was not easy, but Sharan was clear about his goal.

First achieved AIR 8 in CAPF, then got success in UPSC CSE.

Sharan also showed the results of his hard work during UPSC preparation. In the year 2019, he achieved All India Rank 8 in UPSC CAPF exam.

After this he continued preparing for the Civil Services Examination. In the year 2020, he secured 542nd rank in UPSC CSE and fulfilled his dream of becoming an IPS officer.

Got the destination after many efforts and interviews

Sharan’s success was not achieved in a single attempt. He had to go through the examination and interview process several times in this journey. According to the report, he made three attempts for the interview and also secured 127th rank in UPSC IFS in the third attempt.

His story shows that the path to success is not always straight. Many times circumstances try to stop us, but if the goal is clear and hard work continues, then ways emerge.

Sharan Kamble’s story gives a big message
