Training will be given to 450 master trainers
Under Special Project for Equity Meena Manch Program and Self-Esteem Project Master trainer training has been started for. The aim of this initiative is to prepare teachers to understand the sensitive experiences of children and communicate respectfully with them, so as to strengthen a safe and participatory environment in schools.

In the training, topics like teasing of children regarding their appearance and physical structure, beliefs about the body and understanding the capabilities of one's body are being discussed. Along with this, teachers are also being prepared to discuss how social media can affect children's body image and self-esteem.
For this, four new comic books have been included as teaching resources. Through these, practice will be given to understand the experiences of children and to talk about these topics in a natural way in the class. The activities of Meena Manch also aim to promote regular attendance and active participation of children in school.
