A woman has seriously accused Mohammed Kaif, brother of Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami, of raping her on the pretext of marriage. According to the victim, she was working as a cabin crew in an airline in Delhi. The woman claims that before getting into the relationship, she had given complete information about herself to Mohammad Kaif, after which Kaif promised her marriage and asked her to leave her job.
Let us tell you, the victim alleges that Mohammad Kaif raped her in different cities including Lucknow, Delhi and Kolkata on the pretext of marriage. After losing her job and refusing to marry, the victim approached Lucknow Police pleading for justice.
Seeing the seriousness of the matter, DCP East has handed over a thorough investigation of the entire episode to ACP Vibhuti Khand. Police officials say that an impartial investigation is being conducted based on the statements and evidence of the victim, after which further legal action will be taken.
