They believe that the old officials have created such a trap around the BSP supremo that if anyone else enters, they are hunting them, even if it is Akash Anand. It is believed that in the environment in which BSP is lying inactive in the elections, Akash was becoming the biggest challenge for these leaders. The same tweet was reposted by Akash Anand's father-in-law, Ashok Siddharth, after which the controversy in BSP further increased. According to the report of Dainik Bhaskar, Satish Mishra took a photocopy of the screenshot of this tweet and showed it to Behenji, from which it is concluded that Ashok Siddharth is not only supporting Akash Anand but is also conspiring together.

After this, BSP supremo Mayawati first gave a chance to Akash Anand that if Ashok Siddharth retires from politics, she will make everything right again, but after the announcement of Ashok Siddharth's retirement from politics, Mayawati wrote in a tweet that it took 17 hours to retire, which means a conspiracy was being hatched with Akash. With these things, Akash was freed from BSP on 10 September.

After this, in another tweet by Mayawati on September 12, Akash's younger brother Ishaan Anand was also relieved of responsibilities in PARTA. After this she said that she will not promote any of the sons of her brother Anand Kumar. If daughter Deepika Anand is ready to move forward then she will keep her along for support. After all this happened in the party, Mayawati, while holding a press conference on September 13, mentioned that Akash Anand called office in-charge Anup Kumar to inquire about his sister's health, but refused to tell him.
